As safety gets better, the Chlor-Alkali workshop places greater importance on cost cutting in production, while highlighting energy-savings and emissions reduction and it has seen some real achievements.
In Section 540, the shop committed itself to safer production and waste elimination demanded better results from operators, so that acid concentration was held to 31～32 percent and hydrogen chloride purity in PVC ranged around 93～95 percent, reducing consumption a great deal.
